These terms apply to orders placed with WARDIA through shopwardia.com.
Orders and payment
Order details, availability, fees and the total are shown before payment. An order is accepted when WARDIA confirms it after successful payment and availability review.
Customer information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, recipient, address, access and date information. Delivery delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information may require a separate arrangement.
Flowers and substitutions
Flowers are seasonal. WARDIA may make a reasonable substitution while preserving the bouquet’s overall style, palette, size and value as described in the Substitution Policy.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery timing is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Pickup is arranged privately after order confirmation; the residential pickup address is not published.
Order-related texts
If you opt in, WARDIA may send transactional texts about your order. Consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase and does not include promotional marketing.
