Substitution Policy
Fresh flowers are seasonal, and availability can change while an order is being prepared.
Our approach
WARDIA may make a minor substitution while preserving the bouquet’s overall style, color palette, size and value. We do not use substitutions to reduce the value of an order.
Mixed roses
Mixed roses use the freshest colors available for the selected date. Exact colors may vary while maintaining the same bouquet size, value and WARDIA style. Optional preferences are considered but are not guaranteed.
Significant changes
If a significant change is necessary, WARDIA will make a reasonable effort to contact the customer using the information provided with the order.
