How Much Should I Spend on a Flower Bouquet?

There is no single right amount — but there is a right way to think about it. The occasion, your relationship with the recipient, and the impression you want to make matter more than any rule of thumb.

What actually changes the price

Bouquet price is driven mainly by stem count and flower type. With WARDIA’s Signature Bouquet, the choice is simple: 12, 24, 36 or 50 premium roses, in Red or Mixed. Extras — a printed or handwritten message card, balloons, or an LED Rose — add a little more. Delivery carries a fee, and Maryland sales tax of 6% applies to the merchandise and delivery total.

Match the size to the moment

A 12-rose Signature bouquet suits thoughtful gestures, thank-yous and early-relationship moments. The 24-rose Grand is a classic birthday or anniversary statement. The 36-rose Luxe and 50-rose Statement sizes are for milestones — big anniversaries, proposals, or moments where the bouquet is the event.

Where people overspend (and underspend)

Overspending usually means buying a huge bouquet for a small moment; underspending means sending something token for a milestone. The size should feel proportionate to the occasion — the recipient will read the gesture, not the receipt.

See the full price before you pay

Whatever your budget, you should never be surprised at checkout. WARDIA shows the subtotal, delivery fee, Maryland sales tax and total separately before you pay, so the number you see is the number you are charged.
